Star Light, Star Bright

Happy Monday!
The third monday challenge is up at http://iamthedivaczt.blogspot.com/ and I'm not sure if I'm cheating!   I finished a star tangle just before the New Year and am submitting it as my response to the challenge.  What do you think?  Should I give it another go?  Or is it recent enough to be considered?  Am I cheating? (do NOT want to do that!)...

    This star is lovely, and you are not cheating, but I get the feeling you would LIKE to give it another try, so go for it! Stars are fun! I like the star pattern in the tangle on one of the points.

    I agree with Joni… I think you want to do another star (I know I want to do a lot of them). These challenges are just such a great starting point for us to tangle away… Give it a go (again)!

    I love how the shading makes it look like it's inset into the paper. Shading rules!

    @Genevieve Thanks, Genevieve - I love the difference shading makes. Sometimes a tangle just doesn't appeal, but one perseveres and then - pow! The shading provides that missing "something" that attracts...
